My younger brother purchased the filmic app and its cinematography kit as a in app purchase without knowing me.so I requested a refund through the App Store.They have refund me for the app but not for the cinematography kit.My refund request has been declined by Apple.But cinematography kit is useless without the filmic pro app.is there anything you guys can do to refund the in app purchase (cinematography kit) ? Thank you and appreciate the soon reply.

If you feel you want to discuss a refund request, try to contact a live person using a telephone or chat request.

If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

The person has already said they asked for a refund so is probably familiar with the process. I read what they had posted and that's why I didn't bother posting that link.
I provided information for ways to contact a real person at Apple about this. The Get Support link will likely just redirect the user to this forum again.
