Payment error

I got a payment error. I tried out the stotytel application during the trial period, and I realized that the application did not suit me. After that, I did not use the application and forgot to pay for the subscription. yesterday it was automatically withdrawn from my card, but I didn’t want it.
I ask you to return the money, if possible. Thank you
