This is a known bug / broken linkage— Doesn't open for me either on an late-2019 16" MBP...

Alternative—see this link

Practically speaking , all your tech specs can be seen from the >About This Mac >Overview splash screen:

If you are looking for specifications "About this Mac"

See the  in the upper left hand corner of the screen, you have to open this drop down menu:

>About this Mac your specs are here.

Obviously you are on-line if you are posting here.

If you are digging deeper into this "About this Mac"

Yes that link is broken, and a known issue.

Hi Dominic23,

Im new comer. Never use any Mac before.

Just bought this Mac Pro 13 chip m1 last month and try to read user manual and Mac Help to know how to use.

Yes, "what I opened first time" is the link you sent https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203370

I've opened already and followed the instruction to move all data but the situation is still the same.

I got my Mac specifications already. Just questioned it because it is problem in brand new one and i want to fix it if possible.

I sent feedback to Apple too.

I'm thinking about run safe boot because a bit of risk. I worry about to get trouble with my Mac when I haven't got enough knowledge at it. However, I'll do it and have feedback asap.

Thank you
