Start here→If you have forgotten your Apple ID password – Apple Support. If the problem is that you can’t receive the 2 factor authentication because it is going to the old phone, tap “didn’t receive code”, then have it sent to one of your other trusted numbers. Or move the SIM from the old phone to the new phone.
