I accidentally deleted my contacts. Is there any way that I can restore it?

Depends.

Do you have Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Contacts ON?

If you do, use your computer browser => https://www.icloud.com/#contacts

Tap your name (top right) > Account Settings > under Advanced > Restore Contacts
