AirPods Pro Not Updating

I have had my AirPods Pro for over a year. They have not updated the firmware ever. I have tried every possible combination that I have seen, including here and nothing. Any idea why they are not updating?

AirPod firmware updates are done at Apple’s discretion. If you’re seeking these updates, pair your AirPods with your iPhone while your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi (with no VPN and no Hotspot).
