Signing into iCloud
I can sign in into my iCloud account even though I have all the details correct

Are you using iPhone / Mac / iPad and what are the versions , how is the account set up and from which device the account is created .
If it is set up with secondary authentication in which three answers for security questions , date of birth , rescue mail address and password is added .
Or set as two factor authentication .
Do you have correct Apple ID and password , if all credentials are correct the account might be locked due to security reasons , try to sign after 24 hours .
