my iphone 11 has been stolen from me
and i was following the location everytime the phone powered on
apple sent to me link when i opened this link i lost my phone location

Those messages didn't come from Apple. Apple cannot be involved in a lost or stolen device.
In such a situation, these are the only steps you can perform:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
