First go to a computer or ask a friend to borrow there iPhone next go to https://www.icloud.com/find
if you have Find My turned on you can locate your iPhone if it’s nearby you can play a sound or if you left it at a bus stop or park you can see it on a map and enable lost mode so it will so a message of you choosing like “I lost my iPhone you can reach me at 111-111-1111 or mail@mail.com”
and make makes the iPhone use low power mode and if you lose all hope of finding it erase the iPhone data and if Find My is turn Off call Apple support
