my macbookair 2010 can support airplay or not

No. AirPlay Screen Mirroring is supported on MacBook Air (Mid 2011 or newer).

The mirroring functionality is offloaded to the graphics chip, which may not be beefy enough on old models to do this additional task.

‘Basic’ in-app AirPlay through iTunes, QuickTime Player, or Safari is still supported, though.
