Apple Watch exercise ring gone crazy

Hi All

i put my Apple Watch on after charging last night an d noticed after 45 mins of sitting in my car going to work that my exercise ring was already showing 51mins of 30 and my calories at over 200!

ive turned the watch on and off and also my phone but seems to still be the same! Any ideas what could be making it read incorrectly?
