How to find captioned photos?

Some months ago I added captions, and/or keywords to some random photos - but now I totally forgot to which photos.

Is there a way I can see easily all the photos that have captions/keywords assigned to them?

Try to create a Smart Album matching the following condition:

Caption is not empty

For Captions you can create this smart album:

That will show you all the photos with captions. Keywords are not that easy. You can find photos with specific keywords but not those without any keywords.
