You can try a restart. Hold the power button until you see a menu pop up. Follow the instructions on the screen, and slide to power off. Wait about 15 seconds, and then power the device back on. If that does not work, head over to settings, press general, press reset, then press reset network settings. You can try looking other solutions up, but this is where my knowledge ends.
