Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

Notes from your EtreCheck report:

  • Heavy CPU usage This may go away with a restart.
  • No backup. It is very important to have a backup!
  • High battery cycle count Your battery may be in poor shape.

Here's the odd issue:

Performance:

System Load: 5.73 (1 min ago) 13.31 (5 min ago) 17.46 (15 min ago)

Nominal I/O speed: 1.92 MB/s

File system: 120.61 seconds (timed out) (Terrible score)

Write speed: 584 MB/s (Good score)

Read speed: 917 MB/s (Good score)

So, something may be amiss with either your SSD, macOS Installation, or User Account. I would suggest you make a Time Machine backup [Back up your Mac with Time Machine - Apple Support], and try to Reinstall macOS: How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support.

Also, what does DriveDx say? I see that DriveDx may be installed.
