When calls come in I can’t hear them only if I press speaker on

When I make call I can’t hear them but when I press speaker I can hear them long and clear

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

I just what to know if I have to take my phone in because I can’t hear if they call me speaker got to press in order to hear
