Is there anything I can do to make my charging case work? I am a bit disgusted. My roommate has older airpods and has no issue with her case. Any advice??

The info in the link HT209506 is not useful for a case that doesn’t fully charge AirPod Pro. My charger works fine to charge my phone so it should be ok for AirPods. Any other suggestions?
