We are not Apple Support. This is a user helping user only forum.

Here are two links which may help you:

You seemed to be most concerned about the bank charges. The link provided for If you see an Apple Services charge you don't recognize on your Apple Card - Apple Support is highly specific to Apple Services and for Apple Card. There is no indication you are using Apple Card or that is is an Apple Service charge you are seeing. Therefore you should follow the steps I outlined in my post which help you track down a much broader selection of possibilities for this charge.

The declined payment link had already been provided so I didn't bother posting it again since I like acknowledging the value of what others have posted by not duplicating their effort. However, I see this is regarded as a serious omission on my part and I will correct that here as well as start duplicating suggestions already made by others in future posts I make:

Review this document about what to do "If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store" Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT203005 It mostly just suggests you make sure your payment method is up to date or to try a different one. Apple is probably just checking with the system linking to your financial institution and asking if the payment method is valid. The system is providing a negative response. Make sure the name and address are entered exactly as it appears on your financial institution bills and that the 3 digit CVV is correct. Check with your financial institution about the status of your card.

I can clearly see you are asking about how to identify an unknown charge from Apple on your bank account and here is your solution:

The support article "If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement" explains how you can check your iTunes and App Stores purchase history, cancel subscriptions, and track possible sources of unrecognized Apple charges you may see on a bill. These may be purchases by family members if you are an organizer of a Family Sharing group, or possibly a second Apple ID you use. The article also provides a specific link for contacting Apple if you cannot trace the source of charges. Click on this link to read this article ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT201382

Other possibilities to consider (not all may apply in your situation):

- Unanticipated amounts may be grouped charges ( https://support.apple.com/HT201359 ).

- Purchases can be made with your ID if your Apple ID is compromised (what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT204145 ) or somebody else has access to your device (require purchase password ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT204030 ).

- If you only see a charge in emails or texts that are not official Apple receipts, it is likely phishing attempts ( https://support.apple.com/HT204759 ).

- If you are absolutely certain neither you, nor Apple, nor a Family Sharing member can account for a charge and it ONLY appears on a bill for a charge card you alone control, you may have been the victim of card fraud. Contact your financial institution.

- Small amounts of ~$1 may be an authorization hold that will be refunded (pending charge ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT201292 ).

If a purchase is listed in your purchase history and you want to ask for a refund, read this document about how to 'Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple' ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT204084

or click on this link to "Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple" --> https://support.apple.com/HT204084
