How do I create a macOS El Capitan bootable installer on an unsupported mac

Recently I got a Mac Pro 4,1 and I wanted to install MacOS El Capitan so I put the drive on a bay and searched for macOS installers, but unfortunately I'm using a newer mac that doesn't support El Capitan so I couldn't get the .app installer for it and so I'm wondering if there is any way to get the .app file?
