Those images indicate that the Keyboard and TrackPad are not recognized on your MacBook Air. Do you have access to a wired Keboard and a Mouse? If YES then connect those devices to your MacBook Air and finish booting up your computer. If that does not work or is not an option then try the following steps one at a time.
