Backup Restoe

I did a factory reset and tried to restore backup but I receive this error:

itunes could not backup the iphone because an error occurred while reading from or writing to the iphone

See this support document, If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support If that does not help, the solution is to contact Apple Support. There is a link in the document, or you can use the Get Support link at the top of the page here.
