MacBook Air cant use virtual background on zoom?

Then your next step is to contact Zoom or look at their support site.

And what about the zoom desktop client requirement?

The screenshot you posted requires zoom desktop client 3.5 or higher ... confirm with zoom on what client you have.

Look at the bottom of your screenshot.. it say you need a green screen - then this is a box to check if you have one, or click on learn more to see what else is needed.
