The buttons when I end a call are red and I can’t swipe the screen away or restart my phone

You have come to the right place and we are happy to assist you.  If we understand correctly, you are not able to change apps or restart your iPhone after you hangup a call.  We can understand why you’d reach out for a solution. To start, make sure you have the most current Operating System on your device (Settings > General > Software Update > should be 14.6). Also have you tried the steps outlined in this resource?
