Being I cannot see the image, report this to Apple, if you suspect it is a scam. Go Here: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tip

The chances of your iPhone getting hacked are close to zero unless your iPhone has been jailbroken.

Have you tried going to Settings ➔ Messages to see whether you are still signed in to the Messages app?
