There is an automatic setting (best guess?, based on IP address?), and a manual alternative setting. If needed, you would set the time zone by selecting a ‘nearby’ Capital city with matching timezone.
If you want to change the setting after initial setup, you can find it in Settings﹥General﹥[ᴅᴀᴛᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛɪᴍᴇ]﹥
﹥Set Automatically﹥On|Off
﹥Time Zone﹥[search city]
With Set Automatically﹥On, it would show the automatically selected city for Time Zone in the line below it.
