How can I get the last location of my watch (which I lost) when the watch isn’t connected to my phone?

Was the Watch paired to your phone before? If it is activated with your Apple ID, it should appear in Find My. If so, it would appear for 24 hours after it is no longer paired to a phone. Does it appear in Find My, or are you saying that is has never been paired?

If it is not showing up in your list of devices, then it would appear that it was no longer paired with your Apple ID, so you would not be able to locate it. Sorry.

It’s been paired before but it’s not showing up on my devices.
