Safari "cannot connect to server".

Using Big Sur 11.4, 13" Mac Book Pro, Safari 14.1.1 "cannot connect to server".

Both Chrome and FireFox work OK

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

Virtually everyone on this site will tell you to uninstall Norton Antivirus. It is completely unnecessary. Apple does not get any viruses - ever. And Norton will cause many other problems and it will definitely slow down the computer. You should use Norton's uninstaller to completely remove all the bits and pieces.
