hi! I took new M1chip Mac book Air and Pro. auto-capitalization is not working on-air and on pro, it is working why so?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.4

We understand that you'd like your words sentences to be auto-capitalized on your new MacBook Air and Mac Pro. You'll want to click the Apple menu and go to System Preferences > Keyboard and ensure that "Capitalize words automatically" is enabled.

We have tried this many times but the result is negative.


we have created a new user then also the result is negative

we have installed os again then also the result is negative

we have updated os then also the result is negative

and many other alternatives but only negative results. no auto-capitalization is happening.


please help me to solve this issue.
