Needing to get deleted photos after Ive deleted from the phone and went back in and deleted from the app before it was the 30 days

I want to restore my photos as I accidentally removed them from google photo app
Well, Google Photos has a way of undeleting photos. Go to https://photos.google.com with a browser and click on Trash.
If I’ve deleted the photos and went back in to delete them from the 30 day process before I they automatically deleted can I restore them ?
