You can change the language of an app, but you cannot change the region without changing the region for the whole machine.


To change the language that you use in the Music app (it's no longer iTunes in macOS 10.15 Catalina:

• click on System Preferences > Language & Region > Apps.

• Then click the add sign (+) at the bottom left of the window, select the Music application, select the language you wish it to use and click the Add button.
