I want to play simultaneously on IPad Pro and on Tv and but it’s only streaming to tv no matter whether using mirroring or AirPlay; How can I get it to play Both devices same time so when working out I can see from both sides room?

To the best of my knowledge you can’t. Closest you could possibly do it is if you use the sidecar feature if your iPad Pro supports it and connect the Mac you’re using the feature with to your tv. Not idea but may be a work around
