No way to do so .

Apple End User Licenses exclusively demands that Mac OS only be installed on supported Apple iMac, Mac mini, MacBook Air ,Pro and Mac Pro hardware.

According to the EURL terms the consumer version can't even be installed within a virtual machine .

MacOS Server is available for around $20 per seat extra; adds Administrator controls including corporate email management , account controls and ability of mass updates across linked devices. Additional security, networking, and port access tools; this version can be run within VM environment - However only on the supported Apple hardware noted above.

Retail boxes are long gone, and the only way to acquire the software legally is via one of the supported machines, (above) via the built in software update processes, or in recovery mode or via the Apple Appstore but again only from supported hardware.

Anything else strictly contravenes the EURL terms explicitly laid out and agreed to during the setup process.

In short you can not install on PC hardware and legally comply with the EURL terms period.
