Hi, I have an old iPhone 6s that has been disabled for a while. I knew the passcode which was easy for me remember, but the iPhone currently says it is disabled. Can anyone help me recover the apple ID and password I created with this iPhone so I can access all my personal photos and data as well as passwords and apps? I have been trying to do this like literally forever.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
