How do you delete apps on your Iphone?

How do you delete apps on your iPhone 6s+ to free up storage? I'm already in Settings>General>iPhone Storage and see the apps listed. It doesn't give me an option to delete.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 14

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
