When I tap screen mirroring in the control center on my iphone 12 my TV does not show up.

I have the same issue. I’ve successfully mirrored in the past. I’ve check all settings and rebooted the tv and the phone also. Still nothing. Did you find a solution? My tv is TCL Roku.
