My wife's phone got damaged when a car ran it over. It appears that we do not have Apple Care on this phone, but it is under warranty. What are our options for replacement.

Buy a new phone.
Warranty does not cover physical damage.
Without an active AppleCare+ plan, any accidental damage would not be covered and you will have to obtain a new/refurbished phone at full cost to you.
