How to retrieve deleted iMessage conversation
I accidentally deleted an iMessage conversation that I did not want to delete. Is it possible for me to get that conversation back? Thank you.

From here Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support if you have one and you didn't sync them to the cloud.
