Why can't Home app setup Homekit-compatible thermostat (Honeywell Round Lyric 2nd generation)?

I can't setup Honeywell Round Lyric 2nd generation thermostat to work with apple homekit. I don't understand why Home app can't add it.

Thanks for reply, I've added successfully thermostat to Apple Home after resetting (not just turn off and on) my Home pod mini. Maybe it will help someone who has the same issue with adding new device.
