PDF's not loading

Hey! I am not able to view PDF's on my phone. I have tried downloading them and saving them as well. Anyone know the solution to this?

Wondering in what ways you've tried to view PDF's on your iPhone:

Eg: Try the way this Apple Support article suggests:

Read PDF documents in Books on iPhone

In the Books app, you can open and save PDFs that you receive in Mail, Messages, and other apps.

Save and mark up PDFs on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the Books app

or, there's a way to work with creating PDF's:

Export to Word, PDF or another file format in Pages on iPhone
