Was wondering if there is a business account Apple ID. I manage an event that uses roughly 25 iPads at one event. Is there a different business Apple ID or do you just set up the standard id and sign them all in?

You need to sign up for an Apple Business Manager account at apple.com/business. Then you need to choose an MDM. You should not be using a single Apple ID to manage multiple devices for a business.
