i am trying to clear up space on my macbook but after deleting about 30 gigs only difference it made on the hard drive was 500mb. When I checked storage I noticed that below “system” an “other” option is greeted out and has 350gig worth of data and I have no idea how to clear it. Please help! I have work to do and can’t load anything coz my hard drive is almost maxed even after deleting half the footage

Try something like OmniDiskSweeper for a GUI to get a good look at itemized file size and location:
