How can I schedule an event on a specific day (not date) of the month?

Is there a way to schedule an event by its position within the month rather than by a date? I want to schedule a repeating event to occur on the last Tuesday of every month. Since there are sometimes 4 Tuesdays in a month and sometimes 5 I can't just say "every 28 days."

Thanks!

Yes. Create an event, then select repeating. You'll see an option for day or "on the." Select "on the" and insert the details.
