My Mac won’t turn on. I just get a flashing question mark?

Means your Mac can't find an operation system.

Restart into Recovery and reinstall macOS. If you have an Intel Mac, restart while pressing/holding Command+R. If you have an M1 Mac, shutdown then press/hold the power button until you see "Loading startup options".
