Open Settings ➔ Siri & Search : Ensure that all the switches are set to ON.
You can activate Siri by Pressing and Holding the Top button of the iPad.
If “Hey Siri” is set to ON then you can simply call for Siri by saying HEY SIRI near the microphone.
