deleting apps

I can’t delete any apps from my phone. I’ve tried everything but still cannot do it. Help me please

Why not? What happens when you try?

If you aren't getting the Delete app option, and are only getting the "Remove from Home Screen" option, then go into Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions->iTunes & App Store Purchases->Deleting Apps, and make sure its set to "Allow".
