In March or so I got this iPhone 8 and I think it’s cool; however, I’ve run into a problem everyday since then. I have Snapchat and Instagram. I and sending pictures all the time and my camera sound won’t turn off. I have my phone on mute at all times because I can get in trouble if it went off. I’ve tried restarting my phone and even researched it and I’ve come up with nothing. I need some help and I didn’t know where else to go.

What is the model number of your phone? Phones designed for Japan cannot have the camera sound muted.

It is due to the fact your phone was made in Japan, i had this problem with my old iPhone 5s. It is due to the issue of people taking photos of people when they don’t want their photo taken
