Mac Mini M1 and adding 2nd monitor.

I have a Mac Mini M1. Using LG 5K UltraFine monitor. Is there a way to have a 2nd monitor?

I tried connecting using the HDMI connection but, it will not work on 5K.

The M1 Mac Mini supports one display up to 6K on the USB-C port and one display up to 4K on the HDMI port.

So in theory the display on the HDMI port should work, but only at 4K.

If it is not, then I would try getting and using a different Premium Certified HDMI cable.

The iMac does not support being used as a display for the Mac Mini.

Yes you can connect a 4k display to the HDMI port using an HDMI cable.

I have LG 5k and my iMac 27 5k 2017. So, this would work in theory if I were to get a 27in 4k monitor? I would need nothing else, no dongle, nothing?
