How do I play iPhone videos on my desktop? I can't believe not even file conversion software can work with MOV. I'm not a software pro who can navigate lengthy software procedures, just an ordinary user who wants to be able to use my iPhone videos.

There are many third-party apps on Windows that pay .mov files. for example, try VLC.
Try QuickTime player for Windows
