Change trusted number and reset Apple ID password

I am in Cambodia and I have lost my iPhone 7 Plus and they change my trusted number and my Apple ID password. I cannot log in and reset my password to get my account back. Please help thanks

The real issue here appears to be your Apple iD has been compromised. After that you can manage your trusted device list and start resolving the lost phone problems.
