How to transfer all data from an old iPhone to a new one?

I can buy a place in icloud and download all the data from my old phone. Then I upload the data from icloud to the new phone. But I don't want to pay for a place in icloud every month. If I disable the aiklada on my new phone, will the data be deleted from it?

Transfer Data from old iPhone to new-

Do you have a backup created either on iCloud or on your computer?

Method 1 - Backup your old iPhone on your computer like this ➔ How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support and then Restore your new iPhone from that backup like this ➔ Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Method 2 - The Quick Start method and here is how to do that ➔ Use Quick Start to transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Have you attempted to back up your current, and the only iPhone, by connecting it to a computer? I believe you stated that you did and were unsuccessful. Did you follow the instructions provided by this article published by Apple ➔ How to backup your iPhone to a computer. If you are successful then you can use that backup file to ➔ Restore the data to your new iPhone.

Note that either a Mac or a Windows Computer with iTunes will work for this purpose.

Questions: Are all of the backups of the 3 different iPhones on iCloud under the same Apple ID? Is the iCloud account still active?

If the answer to both of the above questions is a YES then the Photos, Contacts, Calendar items etc. should be the same across all three of those iPhones. If you used the previous backups to setup your iPhones, as you purchased them, then there should be one single valid backup which you can use to restore to a new iPhone.

It appears that you are planning to save the data to a PC. If that is the case then log in, using a PC, to ➔ www.icloud.com with the same Apple ID (iCloud ID) that you used in the past. Once you have successfully logged on then you can ➔ Begin Exporting/Archiving your Photos, Contacts, Calendar events, Notes, Reminders etc. to your PC.

I am having difficulty understanding what are you trying to accomplish in the end. I understand that you have 3 iPhones and you want to backup the data from those iPhones. I am not sure whether you want to backup on iCloud and/or the computer. I am not sure what you intend to do with the backup files. Restore the data to a new iPhone(s)?

Please provide complete details on what you want to accomplish and the readers of your posts can attempt to provide some solutions.
