Recently I bought a new phone but I forgot my pin from my old phone company so when I went to get my new phone they gave me a new number two days later I got my old number back but now when I do my authentication they send the code to the number I don’t have anymore

If you can get a verification code, sign into your Apple ID using the link below. You need to change/add the number on your Apple ID. You may have to add the new number before you can remove the old number. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
